Industrialized building technology has been widely used in the construction field,and customizing it will reduce the high functionality of the highly industrialized “residential machine” and achieve people-oriented goals.It will become an area that will be involved in the development of this technology.This paper focuses on logical derivation and design practices.The design is a small-scale industrial resort unit located near Dalongshu,Songgang,Longgang,Bao'an District,Shenzhen,with a construction area of approximately 200 ?.The content of this article is divided into three links,the first link,case analysis,and the conclusion that the scale customization model is the best way to realize the compatibility of customization and assembly,through the literature and domestic and foreign multi-domain customization examples.Manufacturing and Architectural Design There are precedents for this approach in the field.In the second part,methodological exploration and macro-level customization of the design elements derived from the cases were used to derive the scale of the building's custom design process.In detail,the prefabricated building is divided into five levels: component,construction group,module,system and overall level.The customization requirement can directly act on the module level to realize the custom design of the building.Modular constraints control the overall situation throughout,requiring architects to have a stronger overall view of industry traditions.The third link,practice design,applies the theory obtained to the design process.First of all,get the custom design of the key elements-order requirements,the use of information in the collection process of the weight analysis,questionnaires and other methods;Second,the preliminary design of multiple programs,and in the selection of the program to deepen the building system is divided by level;Finally,based on the module The hierarchy is carefully designed according to the customization requirements,and standard component quantity statistics are performed in the support system to achieve the combination of scale production and custom design.In the design process,SI technology was introduced and innovatively involved in the adaptive design method of the active exterior wall module to temporarily change the function of the building.At the module level,the design meets the requirements for customization.At the end of the thesis,boldly conceived the architectural form of the future: architecture is the intelligent machine V2.0 that serves people.This article still has a lot to be perfected.I would like to combine these results and try to provide some meager suggestions for the custom design of fabricated holiday units.
