Research On Adaptive Design Of Youth Apartment Based On The View Of Fabricated Building

The Urban Youth Apartment is a serviced apartment that provides youth-oriented living and entrepreneurship.It is designed to meet the housing needs of the majority of low-income and middle-income urban residents and solves the problem of housing problems for college students who have just entered the community during the transitional period.Looking at the evolution of global housing,the transition from traditional production methods to production standardization and new industrialization is the basic trend in the development of residential buildings.For the huge amount of youth apartment construction,the use of standardized and industrialized construction methods,and the use of durable structures and variability to enhance the suitability of suits and improve construction quality are of important practical significance.This article focuses on the content of the study is divided into three parts.In the first part,this article outlines the topic selection,through reading and collating a large number of literature materials,combing relevant theoretical knowledge,and summarizing the development and enlightenment of assembly-type youth apartments at home and abroad.The second part is to analyze the user.Through research and analysis,the psychological needs of the young apartment users in Shenzhen and the expectation of the residence were summarized.The personalized appeal of young people and the psychological appeal of complex contradictions determined that the youth apartments should be adapted.In-depth research on existing youth apartment projects in Shenzhen summarized the current experiences and deficiencies in apartment models.The third part is the experience of the previous content summary,the use of prefabricated construction of the technical concept of a young apartment concept design,including the architectural design and design part of the design.The architectural design involves the design of the site,the selection of the structure,the layout of the spatial functions,etc.The part of the set includes the division of indoor space for different occupations,furniture modules,equipment pipelines,and interior parts.At the same time,examples of the possibility of fusion between different sets of models are also proposed.In conclusion,it concludes with a look forward to the future development of Shenzhen youth apartment construction.This article also has some deficiencies.It only provides some suggestions for the adaptability design of assembled youth apartments.
