With the continuous development of China's economy and the growth of its own brand in China,the multinational giants in the automotive industry continue to enter the Chinese automobile market,resulting in intensified competition in the automotive market.According to the statistical analysis of China Association of Automobile Manufacturers,both automobile production and sales in 2016 exceeded 28 million.In terms of the domestic market,rapid economic growth directly benefits the Chinese people.As people's material standards of living have risen dramatically,consumers' concerns have shifted from the original "cost performance" to "delicate and durable." The transformation of consumers naturally brings about market changes,and the quality of products has become one of the key indicators for the survival of enterprises.There are many factors affecting product quality,according to statistics in the manufacturing industry in China,20%-30% of substandard product quality is caused by the purchase of quality defects.As a driving force for the economy and an important means of transport,the quality of a car has a bearing on the vital interests and safety of the country and its people.Under this background,this paper carries out research on the supplier quality management of CS Auto Parts Company,with a view to promoting the essential improvement of product quality in China in order to improve the overall supplier quality management level of the auto parts industry.In this paper,CS Auto Parts Company as the research object,carried out a detailed analysis of its supplier quality management.The main research contents include: Firstly,the paper reviews and elaborates related concepts and theories of quality management,supply chain management and supplier quality management.Secondly,it describes the general situation of CS Auto Parts Company,at the same time,elaborates and analyzes the current situation of CS Auto Parts Company's supplier quality management and finds out its existing problems,including unscientific supplier evaluation,poor communication between suppliers,Three types of quality problems of instability.Thirdly,from the aspect of supplier evaluation,selection and development,it elaborates the quality management during the development stage of CS Auto Parts Company's suppliers.Fourthly,in the quality management of CS Auto Parts Company during the pre-planning stage,this paper starts with four parts: project identification and planning,parts design and development,parts process design and development,parts products and process confirmation to elaborate the analysis.Finally,in the mass production quality management of suppliers of CS Auto Parts Company,this paper researches from two aspects of the supplier's continuous improvement quality strategy and the supplier's continuous improvement content.Among them,the continuous supplier improvement methods includes: the non-conforming product visualization Management,removal of rework,abnormal shutdown,standardization,full use of error-proof devices.
