With the rapid development of the economy,environmental issues have become increasingly prominent and many companies have turned to more environmentally friendly remanufacturing industries.During this process,the issue of remanufacturing competition has become the focus of scholars.This paper first analyzes the three market leadership models(manufacturer leadership(ML)model,remanufacturer leader(RL)model,non-leadership(NL)model)for new product manufacturers and remanufacturers to compete for changes in decision making.Secondly,aiming at the current non-leadership market model,build a two-stage competition game model between new product manufacturer and remanufacturer,and analyze three scenarios(without government subsidies and taxation scenarios,only government subsidy scenarios,and government subsidies and tax coexistence scenarios),government subsidies and tax policies and consumer environmental preferences influence remanufacturing competition decisions.The study found:(1)Whether a new product manufacturer leads the entire product market or a remanufacturer dominates the entire product market,it is not conducive to consumers to purchase remanufactured products.Only under the premise of fair competition between the manufacturer and the remanufacturer,that is,under the NL mode.Only then can you purchase the same quality remanufactured product at the lowest price.(2)Regardless of the market leadership model,the higher the consumer's environmental preference is,that is,the higher the consumer's acceptance of remanufactured products,the easier it will be for remanufacturers to compete with new product manufacturers.(3)Under government subsidies and taxation scenarios,government subsidies can effectively promote the development of the remanufacturing industry,which can effectively reduce the monopoly position of manufacturers on the product market;In order to maintain a higher level of social welfare and promote the vigorous development of the remanufacturing industry,a "low taxation policy" should be implemented by the government for new product manufacturers,and a "high-subsidy" policy should be implemented for remanufacturers.For new product manufacturers and remanufacturers,the blind pursuit of market dominance may have a negative impact.It may increase the sales volume of competitors' products and cause the decline of their own profits,while the profits of competitors will increase.And through model analysis,it gives the optimal competition decisions for new product manufacturer and remanufacturer under different market leadership models and the optimal government subsidies for remanufacturer in the context of government subsidies.Government subsidies and the tax policy also include the optimal government subsidy and the optimal government tax under the scenario.Finally,through the example of J's remanufacturing competition,from the perspective of micro-decision making and macro-environmental aspects,the problems faced by J Company in the development of remanufacturing are analyzed.To develop the remanufacturing industry,first,companies should strengthen the review of discarded parts and components;It is necessary to increase the technical investment and propaganda of remanufactured products so that consumers can fully understand that remanufactured products are not significantly different from new products,and that they recognize the remanufactured products from the heart.
