Research On Logistics Cost Management Of DH Group Company

According to the "twenty-first Century economic times" reported that in 2016 the United States logistics costs accounted for only 9.8% of GDP,the proportion of Japan,South Korea and Singapore were 11.3%,12.7%,10.9%,the proportion is 10.3%,while the proportion of China is18.9%,in the Midwest this proportion is as high as 25%-30%.The above data indicate that China's logistics cost is obviously higher than that of the developed countries and regions in the world.There are many reasons for the high cost of logistics,and the high cost of logistics management is also a main reason.From the enterprise logistics management costs as a percentage of sales cost of this data can explain the above conclusion,the average cost of logistics enterprises in 2016 the United States accounted for the proportion of total operating costs is only 5.8%,the proportion of Japan,South Korea and Singapore were 6.1%,6.7%,6.9%,the proportion is 6.3%,while the proportion of I in 12.7%,in the Midwest this proportion is as high as 21%-25%.The above data indicate that the proportion of logistics cost to sales cost of Chinese enterprises is significantly higher than that of developed countries and regions in the world.Therefore,reducing logistics cost has become the most important way for enterprises to reduce costs and increase efficiency.In the current economic context of information age,the trend of economic globalization has been increasingly obvious,in the fierce competition of globalization,logistics management has been recognized as one of the source of the current enterprises to create new profit growth point,by experts and scholars called the third profit source after the productivity,resource endowment,the enterprise is reduced the efficiency,improve operation efficiency of the new field.For this reason,experts and scholars from all over the world have focused on the related topics of logistics management,published a lot of research results and articles,and provided a wealth of theoretical guidance for enterprises to improve the level of logistics management.In this paper,the logistics cost management of DH company as a case study,on the one hand can reduce starting from the manufacturing enterprise logistics cost management perspective,from the microcosmic point of view to constantly enrich the enterprise logistics cost management research results,on the other hand,DH company,because the company belongs to the manufacturing and processing enterprises above designated size.Logistics costs accounted for the overall business operation cost is higher than the average level of our country enterprise12.7% nearly 8 percentage points,while since its inception the company has made great efforts in logistics cost management,but the overall effect is not obvious,and did not develop effective logistics management standard and operation process,the logistics management company fails to effectively integrate resources to play its due role,companies of all aspects of the logisticscost control efforts are limited,so the logistics cost The proportion of the occupation has always been high,which has caused some obstacles to the rapid development of the enterprises.Therefore,taking DH group as an example,research on cost management will help enterprises to reduce total logistics cost by improving work ideas and methods,so as to enhance the economic and core competitiveness of enterprises,and achieve rapid development of enterprises.This study is divided into five chapters,and the concrete framework is as follows:Chapter one: introduction.This paper introduces the research background,combs the relevant research results and conclusions,enumerates the research methods,introduces the research content,and expounds the purpose and significance of the research.The second chapter: related concepts and theoretical review,defines the related concepts of logistics cost management,and elaborates the theory of logistics cost management based on supply chain management,which lays a good theoretical foundation for carrying out this research.The third chapter analysis the current situation of logistics cost management of DH company,introduced the basic situation and the status of enterprise,analyzes the logistics cost management in carrying out the existing problems in the work;empirical research on logistics cost management of DH company,according to the exposed DH company in the logistics cost management problems in the process,through the design of questionnaire,using the method of comparative analysis the research team and employees to understand the specific reasons for enterprise management,logistics cost management problems,to put forward opinions and suggestions,provide direction and guidance.The fourth chapter: on the basis of empirical research,put forward feasible suggestions.The fifth chapter is the conclusion.This paper makes a summary of the full text,and puts forward the shortage and Prospect of the research.
