Research And Design On A New Type Of Two-layer Drawer Garage

The garage has been asked to solve the problem of urban parking since the garage been producted.The urban ground has become an inch of gold in the rapid economic and social development.The number of residential households in high-rise buildings and motor vehicles is increasing,which makes parking space increasingly tight.The development of garage into space has become the main direction to solve urban parking problems.Because of this,a variety of stereoscopic garage came into being in recent years.Although the garage relieves the difficult situation of parking,it ignores the convenience and efficiency of the garage.To give full play to the deposit features and advantages of car equipment,this study take a lot of market research and give full consideration to the garage use convenience,using the principle of the method of mechanical design developed an easy to use and access to efficiently remove the two-layer drawer new garage.With its low cost and easy to use,the two-layer drawer garage fills the vacancy of large solid garage which is not convenient for the street and public placesThe two-layer drawer garage compact institutions and structure,the characteristics of high efficiency operation and upper and lower floor storage and pickup have no influence on each other and the manufacturing cost compared with the large car stereo garage has a lot of advantage.The upper load car platform and the lower load platform adopts respectively drive way,avoiding the influence of each other.At the same time,the arrangement and adoption of garage structure makes the garage structure is compact,maximum reducing the ground resource utilization,convenience to users on the use of the garage and conducive to the popularization and application of the garage.This study using three-dimensional modeling software,building a three-dimensional model,design concept was intuitively showen.Animation software interference function reflects the rationality of the structure of parts.Finite element analysis software on the structure of the two-layer drawer garage mechanics analysis,dynamics analysis shows that using software module and a few not line analysis module design and analysis of the structure can get more accurate than the statics analysis the structure of the design results.By structure dynamics and geometric nonlinear analysis to select more reasonable structure section size,the structure of the garage can accept live longer inspection and more safe and reliable.In this paper,the dynamic and nonlinear analysis design of a two-layer drawer garage has not only developed a new type of garage for urban residents,but also provided a corresponding design method for the design of this kind of garage.
