With the development of "Made in China 2025” plan,China's aviation standard parts manufacturing enterprises have broad development space.While the transformation of economic structure,uncertain market environment and the intensification of global competition have also brought many challenges to them.Facing the opportunities and challenges,aviation standard enterprises have gradually begun to use lean production concept on enterprise management,and conducted the lean transformation for the production system.However,the problem of backlog of WIP and order completion delay are still serious,which needs to be solved urgently.Lean production is a complex system engineering.In order to improve the efficiency of the enterprise,it not only needs to consider the internal uncertainty of production system,but also necessarily to take the external dynamic market demand into consideration from the point of view of the system,and to reaearch the targeted production strategy for the aviation standard parts enterprises.Aiming at researching the aviation standard parts lean production system,the main works have been done as follows:Firstly,it summarizes the general situation and production characteristics of China's aviation standard parts manufacturing enterprises,analyzes the existing problems of production management in the aviation standard parts enterprises,and expounds the lean improvement work of the production system in some aviation standard parts enterprises.Secondly,through enterprise research and analysis,the basic assumptions and system boundaries are determined,and R software is used to cluster the product family by hierarchical clustering algorithm to verify the rationality of the basic assumptions.Through analyzing the production process and production relations,the causal loop feedback structure,equation relation and parameter variable of the system are determined.In order to simulate the uncertainty and time inertia of market demand,the theory of pink noise based on first-order exponentially smooth is introduced into the dynamics model.Then,using system dynamics theory and VENSIM-DSS software,the lean production system dynamics model of aviation standard parts enterprises is established.Next,through the system test and simulation analysis,the integrity and validity of the model are proved.Then,the dynamic demands and dynamic models based on traditional random distribution function and the pink noise are established respectively.Combined with Minitab analysis,the applicability and superiority of the pink noise theory to the aviation standard parts lean production system is verified.The design policy scheme is designed to analyze the feasibility of the hybrid dynamic resource adjustment strategy and TPM strategy for improving the performance of the lean production system of aviation standard parts,and applicable conditions of different production strategies are proposed.Finally,the specific implementation schemes of hybrid dynamic resource adjustment strategy and TPM strategy are designed.The feasibility as well as validity of the policy recommendations and conclusions are verified through enterprise practical application.
