The rapid economic development has brought huge opportunities of development for Chinese enterprises.Especially in the process of rapid development of various manufacturing enterprises,the demand for non-standard automation products has become increasingly prominent,and it has also made non-standard automation equipment manufacturers.Competition is becoming increasingly fierce.Under the guidance of the military-civilian integration strategy of the group,HS Company has expanded the civilian product sector on the basis of the original military product production.It has established two subsidiaries with non-standard automation products as its main business and has a place in the market competition.At the same time,the rapid growth of customer demand has challenged traditional production methods.In the face of customer specificity and complexity,non-standard automation products have long manufacturing cycles,slow service response speeds,and insufficient market response flexibility.Taking the production process of non-standard automation products of HS company as the research object,this paper aims to apply the relevant theories of lean production to the production process of non-standard automation products,so as to shorten the product delivery cycle,improve the production efficiency and improve the profitability of enterprises and gain competitive advantages from the fierce market competition.This article first elaborates the background of the topic selection and the theoretical support of lean production,clarifies the research purpose,and introduces the research ideas and framework of the paper.Then,combining with lean production theory,the concept of non-standard automated product production was introduced,and the research results and application status of domestic and foreign scholars in this field were deeply understood laying a foundation for the application of lean production theory in our company.After that,starting from the current situation of non-standard automated production in HS company,the author analyzes some problems,and puts forward improvement strategies and implementation effect prediction.Afterwards take the production line transformation of cleaning machine as an example to promote the implementation of the improvement plan.Finally,the author evaluates the improvement effect of 5S implementation,product life cycle,production plan achievement rate and cost analysis in the pilot workshop,and draws a conclusion on the success of the improvement strategy,which provides reference for promoting the application of lean production theory in HS company and other similar enterprises.
