First,the status of heating in Ganzi is reviewed in this paper.There are problems such as the chaotic use of heating energy and inadequate use of renewable energy in the local area,which shows comprehensive assessments of heating energy options are needed.Based on the growing shortage of energy in the world and the 13th Five-Year Plan proposing to accelerate the improvement of the ecological environment.Because of its special climate and environment characteristics in the alpine areas of western Sichuan,the existing centralized heating methods,the form of energy use in northern China are not entirely suitable for these areas.Therefore,a lot of domestic and foreign literature are reviewed to establish a set of evaluation system of urban building heating source suitable,which be prepared for the evaluation on the urban heating energy for typical cities in Ganzi Prefecture.It provides reference for the selection of urban building heating energy in other alpine regions,which has important practical application value for engineering.At first,this article analyzes the development situation of Ganzi Prefecture and clear that it's suitable to be heating energy for solar energy,geothermal energy,natural gas and electric energy in Ganzi Prefecture.According to the geographical environment,climate,economy and energy conditions,selecting four representative cities,including Kangding,Litang,Ganzi and Jiulong as typical cities for urban building heating energy evaluation.Then,according to the field research,a homestay and an office building are selected as models for residential buildings and office buildings.Then,using DeST software,annual heat load simulations are conducted on residential buildings and office buildings in typical cities,and the heat indexes of two functional buildings in typical cities are obtained.The simulation results show:(1)the average thermal indices of residential buildings in Kangding,Litang,Ganzi and Jiulong are 44.36 W/m~2,54.45 W/m~2,44.68W/m~2,36.46W/m~2.(2)The average thermal indices of office buildings in Kangding,Litang,Ganzi and Jiulong are 57.68 W/m~2,70.96 W/m~2,53.43 W/m~2,46.24W/m~2.Next,based on the simulation results and typical urban energy sources suitable for heating,four types of urban building heating systems,flat-panel solar collectors+air source heat pumps,ground-source heat pumps,natural gas boilers,and air-source heat pumps as heat sources,were identified as comparison solutions.The paper uses fuzzy mathematics evaluation method and AHP are applied to analyze the four kinds of heating programs in terms of economy,technology,environmental protection,energy and social benefits comprehensively.Concluded as follow:(1)The comprehensive goodness of heating scheme 1 to scheme 4 of typical urban residential building is Kangding:0.286,0.259,0.200,0.258;Litang:0.295,0.271,0.187,0.247;Ganzi:0.289,0.260,0.199,0.252;Jiulong:0.292,0.256,0.195,0.256.The order of comprehensive goodness of Kangding,Ganzi and Jiulong are:solar energy system+air source heat pump>air source heat pump>groundwater source heat pump>natural gas boiler,among which the air source heat pump and groundwater source heat pump in Kangding and Ganzi are close to each other;The order of comprehensive goodness of Litang is solar energy system+air source heat pump>groundwater source heat pump>air source heat pump>natural gas boiler.(2)The comprehensive goodness of heating scheme 1 to scheme 4 of typical urban office building is Kangding:0.290,0.244,0.203,0.262;Litang:0.299,0.264,0.192,0.245;Ganzi:0.293,0.244,0.210,0.253;Jiulong:0.290,0.242,0.213,0.254.The order of comprehensive goodness of Kangding,Ganzi and Jiulong are:solar energy system+air source heat pump>air source heat pump>groundwater source heat pump>natural gas boile.The order of comprehensive goodness of Litang is solar system+air source heat pump>groundwater source heat pump>air source heat pump>natural gas boiler.(3)In the typical city of Ganzi Prefecture,the solar energy system+air source heat pump system has the best comprehensive advantages and is most suitable for building heating energy.The groundwater source heat pump has good energy for heating energy in Ganzi Prefecture,and the air source heat pump is in the office building.The use of advantages in the more prominent,natural gas boiler is not suitable as a heating source.At last,based on the test of the solar energy and air source heat pump system in the actual project.Calculated by the use of solar energy and air source heat pump system than the use of an all-air source heat pump system to save electricity 32.87kW·h/m~2,the cost savings of 20.2 yuan/m~2 in a whole life-cycle,energy efficiency increased by 0.388.Solar energy and air source heat pumps are superior to air source heat pump systems in terms of economy,technology and environmental protection.Consistent with the results obtained from the evaluation model in this paper,the evaluation model in this paper is correct.
