The choice of energy program is an important part of urban community energy system design or optimization and reconstruction process. This paper has used fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation method to establish an comprehensive evaluation system that matches the selection of the optimized and integrated energy system of existing urban communities, the purpose of the evaluation is to determine the necessity of the energy system’s reconstruction and the direction of renovation, and seek an optimal solution for the optimized and integrated energy system.Firstly, this paper has analyzed the current situation of urban community energy systems, the applicable area and energy distribution of domestic major energy systems. Through literature research and theoretical study, according to the principles of selecting evaluation index, combined with the specific characteristics of the research object, this paper established a comprehensive evaluation index system that is suitable for the optimized and integrated energy system of existing urban communities in northern China, also put forward the calculation methods of quantitative indicators and evaluation theory of qualitative indicators.Then, according to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, this paper established the mathematical model of comprehensive evaluation; combined with literature research, expert opinions and engineering datum we put forward membership functions or the judged decisions for the evaluation indicators; and used the analytic hierarchy process to make a reasonable and scientific distribution for the weight of evaluation indicators.Finally, this paper established the methods for predicting the building energy consumption and evaluating the surrounding resources’ potential of existing urban communities. Using the comprehensive evaluation system to evaluate four kinds of optimization and renovation schemes for integrated energy system of the demonstration project, obtained the suitable renovation scheme of this demonstration project:solar energy and ground source heat pump coupled system. And gives the priority order of four kinds of renovation schemes.The results indicate that:the evaluation result of the demonstration project meets the requirements of local economic, environmental, social and national energy policy, it verifies the scientific, rational and reliability of this comprehensive evaluation system. This study provides a effective method for the comprehensive evaluation of the optimized and integrated energy system of existing urban communities.
