Research On Supplier Selection For NEV Enterprise

As the pillar industry of the national economy and the benchmarking industry of the manufacturing industry,the development level of the automobile industry directly reflects the strong or not of the national industry.The car is an extremely complex industrial product consisting of tens of thousands of parts and components,most of these parts provided directly by the parts manufacturer,so each OEM has a considerable number of component suppliers,and the number of selected suppliers is larger too.With the development of social economy,the improvement of human environmental awareness and the change of consumption patterns,the development and expansion of new energy vehicles(NEV)and automatic driving have become an inevitable trend.As the world's largest automobile manufacturing and consuming country,the development of the NEV manufacturing industry presents a unique "Chinese speed" in china,driven by “Made in China 2025” and environmental policies of “The 19 th National Congress of CPC” in China.At the same time,China's NEV manufacturing industry is facing many difficulties,such as shortage of talent and lack of technical reserve,and how to choose the right suppliers accurately and efficiently has become one of the strategic concerns of all NEV manufacturing enterprises.Firstly,the paper summarizes the theory of supplier management and the characteristics of NEV manufacturing enterprises,as well as expounds the characteristics of supplier management of NEV manufacturing enterprises.Secondly,according to the supplier management's characteristics of NEV manufacturing enterprises,and the shortcoming of traditional OEM in the selection indicators,the unique selection index system for NEV manufacturing enterprise innovatively constructed based on literature screening and actual research.Then,the selection process divided into 2 part include rough selection and precise selection.In the stage of rough selection,the selection mechanism proposed based on Theory of Polychromatic Sets(TPS)in order to obtain the candidate supplier of NEV manufacturing enterprise.In the selection stage of precise selection,considersing the selection preference of NEV manufacturing enterprises,a prescise selection model of the supplier of NEV manufacturing enterprise were constructed,conbine the incentive penalty function and variable precision rough set,a method was put forward to solve comprehensive supply capacity in order to complete precise selection for candidate NEV suppliers.Finally,the practicability and feasibility of the proposed selection index system,selection models and methods were veried based on an example.
