Research On Multi-supplier Development And Incentive Mechanism In Mega Construction Projects

With the industrial development of construction projects,mega construction projects are gradually transformed from the original site construction to factory customized prefabricated parts and then shipped to the construction site for assembly.Resource supply in mega construction projects has some significant characteristics such as large supply amount and high-quality requirements,the production capacity and product quality of a single supplier are often difficult to meet the requirements of major engineering,which leads to the supplier quality cultivation problem under multi-supplier cooperation.Firstly,for the different cooperation modes of suppliers in different scenarios,three kinds of comprehensive quality evaluation models are considered,and a corresponding incentive for the contribution to the overall quality is proposed.This paper also comprehensively considers the direct and indirect incentive methods of cost-sharing and purchase price incentive to motivate the suppliers to improve quality.Based on the three kinds of incentives,Stackelberg game models are proposed for a supply chain consisting of one owner and two suppliers,in which the owner plays a dominant role.This paper analyzes the impact on the quality improvement of these incentive methods.The sensitivity analysis of the supplier’s internal and external factors such as order quantity and cost structure is provided.Second,this paper considers supplier competition in the form of quality-price in the future market,propose a two-stage game model in which two suppliers are competitors to each other,and obtain the price equilibrium and quality equilibrium solutions for analyzing.This paper explores the relationship between future market share and supplier quality level and analyzes the impact of owner incentives on supplier quality level in the future market.Finally,this paper studies the multi-supplier quality inspection strategy in mega construction projects.Based on the combination of penalty mechanism and incentive mechanism,this paper proposes the quality inspection model of multi-supplier and analyzes the impact of owner incentive and supplier cost structure on supplier quality level and quality inspection strategy.
