The construction industry,while promoting the development of China's economy,has the characteristics of high energy consumption and high emissions which can also exerted great pressure on the environment.Therefore,the development of low carbon transformation in the construction industry is imperative.However,it is not enough for the construction industry to rely solely on individual companies for carbon emission reduction,which requires the collaboration of multiple companies.The building supply chain,with its strong integration capabilities,plays a crucial role in reducing carbon emissions in the construction industry.Therefore,under the background of the low-carbon transformation and development of the construction industry,the concept of low-carbon is introduced into the building supply chain.Setting up the low-carbon building supply chain and evaluating its low-carbon level have become the proper meaning for the transformation and development of the construction industry.This paper firstly reviews and combs the existing studies of low-carbon supply chains,building supply chains,and related evaluation systems both at domestic and abroad.On this basis,the low-carbon concept is introduced into the building supply chain to propose the low-carbon building supply chain,and the concept of low-carbon building supply chain has been defined.Then from the point of view of material flow,information flow,technology flow,capital flow and carbon flow,the relationship among every stage of low-carbon building supply chain is analyzed as well as every subject.And an integrated model of low-carbon building supply chain is constructed.Secondly,based on the low-carbon building supply chain model constructed,combined with relevant policy standards of China's construction industry and existing domestic and overseas evaluation systems and expert opinions,this paper has initially constructed a low-carbon supply chain evaluation index system from five aspects of low-carbon planning and design,lowcarbon procurement,low-carbon construction,low-carbon recovery and supply chain collaboration.Then,through a questionnaire survey of experts and related practitioners,the primary indicators were combined and filtered by factor analysis to obtain the final evaluation index system.Finally,on the basis of comparative analysis of various weight determination methods and evaluation methods,following the principles of combining subjective and objective,qualitative and quantitative,this paper selects the combination of “structural entropy weight method + fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method” to achieve the evaluation of low-carbon building supply chain.In the case study section,the paper uses a building supply chain as an empirical case.Using the above evaluation index system and evaluation method,the evaluation result of the low carbon level of the building supply chain is “general”,which verifies the applicability and effectiveness of the evaluation system and method.This paper preliminarily builds the structural model of low-carbon building supply chain,discusses the relationship between various links of the building supply chain under the low-carbon concept,and establishes a feasible evaluation system,which enriches the relevant theory of building supply chain.At the same time,it has built a bridge from lowcarbon concepts to low-carbon practices,providing new ideas for the construction of lowcarbon building supply chains and evaluation of low-carbon levels,and has important theoretical and practical significance.
