| With the acceleration of urbanization process in China, the architecture industry of our country is booming and gradually becoming a major pillar of the national economy. However, while its rapid development, the problems of energy consumption and environmental pollution that brought by architecture industry have become increasingly bulge. In this context, low carbon building technology generates consequently and becomes the development trend of China’s construction industry. Low carbon building technology is a low carbon technology used in construction industry, whose aim is to reduce energy consumption and the emission of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases. As there are all kinds of low carbon building technologies, how to choose the right technology becomes a major problem which plagues developers. To solve this problem, this paper constructs an evaluation index system of low carbon building technology, which is based on mutual influence and mutual checks and balances among stakeholders in the selecting process of low carbon building technologies. And this evaluation index system provides a theoretical basis for developers to select low-carbon building technologies.The main contents are as follows:1. This paper established the index of the evaluation of low-carbon building technology using the principal component analysis. This paper classified the current common low-carbon building technology and analysises the relevant index of the evaluation of low-carbon building technology. By questionnaires obtained the datas of the evaluation of low-carbon building technology and screening for the index of evaluation by principal component analysis.2. Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process to get the weight of the index of low-carbon building technology. Based on the theory of stakeholders and combined with the features of stakeholders’interaction and mutual restrain, using the Super Decision software build the network-levelmodel witch reflects the relationship of the index of the evaluation.3. Verify the evaluation index system of low carbon building technology by Sample analysis. Selected the Energy storage technology of air conditioning units and Natural ventilation simulation technology as cases, Using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation evaluate these technologies. The proven shows that the evaluation index system of low carbon building technology constructed in this pape is scientific and reasonable and can provide theoretical supports for developers to select low carbon building technologies. |
