Study On The Cost Control Of The Construction Project Of No.2 Comp Rehensive Teaching Building Of A New Campus

With the sheer scale of college admissions and enrollment increases year by year,university new campus construction is in full swing,the construction scale expansion is much higher than the growth of the national investment growth in colleges and universities,the purpose of the construction of campus is primarily reposition function of school development,alleviating the tension of old campus students in the classroom,and enhancing the competitive edge of the school,etc.For the different function of the new campus of colleges and universities teaching and office building,the project cost control in the implementation stage is very important,if the cost control is bad,project investment goals will be difficult to achieve,and leading to a chain reaction,affecting the project schedule and quality objectives are also difficult to achieve,which will influence the greater development of colleges and universities.Based on the comprehensive teaching building construction project of Weihai new campus of Shandong Jiaotong university,the paper discusses the cost control from the perspective of the construction side.In detail giving the new campus of Shandong traffic institute Weihai comprehensive teaching building background and general situation of construction projects,project organization and job responsibilities,after crossing graph method is used to prepare the construction progress plan,and according to the construction cost to prepare the construction cost budget,according to the monthly average cost intensity,on project construction cost planning,cost control as an important basis.In the cost-earning analysis of the project,the value of the project cost,the actual cost of the project and the value of the project are calculated by the earned value method.Then,the cost of project is given in each check point deviation and schedule variance,then the key to focus on cost deviation reason analysis,main causes include project intends to whole process cost control awareness is not strong,lack of relatively complete system of project cost control,project cost control,lack of focus,the project construction cost directly process control lack of effective measures.Finally,in view of the project cost deviation causes,and proposing continued to strengthen project cost control consciousness,building more perfect comprehensive project cost control system,using the value engineering method to determine the focus of the project cost control,project process control project direct cost effective measures such as cost control measures.Based on the comprehensive teaching building new campus of Shandong traffic institute Weihai: an empirical study of construction project cost control,puting forward the main conclusion and policy suggestions,the effective control in the construction project construction cost has certain guiding significance,which is also for similar university new campus construction project cost control to provide the reference value.
