As the core control index of urban planning,the subjective way of determining the volume rate has been paid attention and questioned by people all the time,and it encourages people to begin discussing how to rationally formulate the volume ratio from the perspective of multi factor measurement and consideration.Some cities like Shanghai and Shenzhen have carried out special research on the problem of urban development intensity zoning,and the feasibility study of intensity zoning planning is also carried out in Nanjing.In the process of determining the correction factor of the intensity zoning in Gulou district,it found that many common methods of objective weight analysis have limitations in application,due to the uncertainty of data components and the lack of data.Based on the background,this paper tries to apply grey relational analysis to the weight calculation and analysis of the intensity zoning correction factor in Gulou district,hoping to provide a new method of weight research for the development of Nanjing intensity zoning and the research of other special topics in the field of planning.On the basis of the characteristic analysis of the sample data of the land plots in Gulou district,the grey correlation analysis method is introduced to this study after comparing and discussing with the common objective weight analysis methods.The grey relational analysis model is applied to calculate the weight of correction factors in the overall business,residential land and under the classification standard of business,residential land in Gulou district,and explain the output results.Combining the method of expert scoring,the application of grey relational analysis method in the weight calculation of correction factor of plot volume rate is verified in Gulou district.The study proves the feasibility of application and the reasonableness of the output results of grey relational analysis in the correction factor weight calculation.The output results of grey correlation analysis method are analyzed,compared with the principal component analysis method,and after the support of other methods,the main conclusions in this paper are as follows: a.the weight calculation and analysis of the plot volume rate correction factor of the intensity zoning can be carried out by the grey correlation analysis method;b.using the grey correlation analysis method to calculate the weight of the correction factors should combine with the qualitative evaluation;c.using the grey correlation analysis method to calculate the weight of the plot volume rate correction factor of the intensity zoning in Gulou district,the ratio of 8:6:7 among correction factors of building height,plot area and number of roads is obtained.
