Facing challenge of global warming and pollution of the environment,countries continuously to explore the policies and measures of environmental protection and low-carbon development,a series with a carbon tax and carbon trading and carbon allowances of carbon reduction policy is gradually widely.In order to promote the development of low-carbon efficient multimodal transport,in various countries and various areas to actively take incentive induced policy.Global carbon emissions in 2014 only increased by 0.5%,China perform meritorious deeds never to be obliterated,but the carbon emissions for the first big country,accounts for about 30% of the total global China,carbon emissions continue to rise year by year,the logistics industry is the key industry need to focus on energy conservation and emissions reduction,and the container multimodal transport as the future trend of the development of the transportation department,has a large potential to reduce emissions.Under the background of multimodal transport and low-carbon green development policy,combined with "building low-carbon multimodal transport system,the power of the Yangtze river economic belt of green development" of the construction of the great opportunity,through the carbon footprint method and the related theory and path selection model,summarizes a series of supporting policies of government agencies,around the game related theory and method were studied.This article first to the point of view of the multimodal transport operator uses theEfficacy coefficient of entropy value method to calculate the path selection,the integrated evaluation analysis of low-carbon multimodal transport route choice of psychological expectations,consider low-carbon environmental factors of container multimodal transport of carbon source,which can identify targeted multimodal transport carbon footprint measurement method is put forward,it is concluded that the carbon emissions of environmental hazards.Then considering the carbon footprint of induction mechanism,through the analysis of the two alternatives to actual influence of induced low-carbon policy,using the incomplete information dynamic game to analysis and to explore the influence factors of low-carbon multimodal transport route choice and induction mechanism.Finally,take chengdu to Shanghai container "molten iron transport mode" for instance,put forward some countermeasures and Suggestions for the government management department.Through the analysis of case study found:(1)by considering the different emphasis of different paths to choose subject of multimodal transport has direct influence the selection of the optimal path,the multimodal transport operator under the perspective of the optimal path has obvious advantages,but there exist significant differences in the carbon footprint.(2)under the background of low carbon emissions,container low-carbon multimodal transport route choice game model is the only perfect bayesian equilibrium underinduction mechanism,multimodal transport management induced incentive policy is effective to some extent.(3)in case that the induced mechanism of low carbon path for induction,subsidies for $49 / TEU,can reduce the carbon footprint of 822 kg per TEU,moreover can reduce shipping time and improve transportation services and other factors to change the multimodal transport operator expectations in order to reduce subsidies.
