As domestic auto part industry developing in high-speed,the lag and dependence of auto parts enterprises is more and more obvious.In order to narrow the gap with advanced foreign auto part enterprises,domestic auto part enterprises began to adopt the collaborative design model based on concurrent engineering.This model is conducive to enhance the independent design ability and quick response ability of the auto part enterprise.Reasonable collaborative design process plan can guide the implementation of collaborative technology and the construction of collaborative collaborative service platform.By the analysis of the collaborative design process of automobile steering gear,this paper launches the research on aspects of process scheduling and process modeling,the main contents are as follows :(1)Base on the analysis of the serial design of auto parts,the requirements for collaborative design of auto parts are put forward.According to the characteristics of the automobile steering gear design,expounded the steering collaborative design process integration framework and working environment.(2)Using the design structure matrix to carry out the overall collaborative design process planning of the steering gear.According to the characteristics of information in the collaborative design of steering gear,using the interval number consistent matrix to judge the sensitivity and variability of the task,thus constructing the design structure matrix based on the correlation degree of the information,then planning the coupling process of steering collaborative design.(3)In order to further study the dynamic structure and resource scheduling of the steering collaborative design,a mathematical description of the resource scheduling process is described.By introducing the concept of hierarchical multi colored Petri net,the serial structure and parallel structure of resource management model are compared.Then the process model of the collaborative design of the steering gear is established.Using CPN tools as the simulation platform,the process model is simulated and analyzed.According to the simulation principle of CPN tools,the calculation method of the resource utilization rate is put forward,then the simulation results is analyzed.(4)Discussing the collaborative design process management system of steering gear from the aspects of operating environment,overall structure,operation process.In this paper,the research on the demand,process planning and process modeling of automobile steering gear collaborative design can be extended to other parts,it has practical significance to the development of domestic auto parts enterprises.
