Internal control system is one of the most important parts of modern enterprise system.Efficient internal control can help an enterprise to achieve established development goal,to improve the utilization efficiency of resources,and to reduce the risks of business operations.Moreover,internal control failure can bring destructive consequences to an enterprise.As every country pays more and more attention to the study on internal control system,internal control system is in continuous development.So far,the study of internal control system has entered the phase of risk management.As a newly founded enterprise,Changchun Will Gas Engineering Design CO.LTD,Gas Engineering Design CO.LTD does not show a comprehensive understanding of internal control through daily operations,and their internal control system is flawed,which leads to a supervision with low quality.This paper attempts to propose optimized measures by analyzing the internal control issues of the enterprise.The first part of this paper is an introduction that elaborates the research background,innovation of research methods,etc.The main discussion starts from chapter three.In this part,this paper proposes optimization on funds management,enterprise environment,and other aspects by analyzing issues found in risk awareness,internal audit,management,etc.This paper reviews and researches studies on internal control,shows understanding of the development of internal control,and evaluates the studies of internal control.Then,this paper takes Changchun Weier gas engineering design co.LTD for instance to do detailed analysis.As a result,the paper points out internal control weaknesses,and provides corresponding measures for improvement.The paper ends with conclusions that lead to the limitations and prospects of the researches.
