With the continuous expansion of the enrollment of colleges and universities across the country, higher education has greatly development in the past 30 years.A large number of new campuses have been built, and the level of campus planning and design has also improved a lot.At the same time,we also see that as these new campuses are put into use, problems in their use are constantly exposed. It is necessary to conduct careful investigation and study of these issues and reflect on these mistakes to avoid recurrence.Post occupancy evaluation of campuses is a way to precisely concretize these issues. This article selects three campuses of Shenzhen University as a research case.Taking the students’ daily behavioral activities in the three campuses as the starting point, they analyze and use the physical environment from the five functional spaces of students’ learning, transportation, life, sports, and campus activities.Post-evaluation.In contrast, the differences in the design of campus function space and student satisfaction in different planning modes were found.Among them: 1 The classroom learning space under the intensive high-density campus model not only has a good effect on students’ distance from class to class, but also makes it easier to create a good learning atmosphere. However,in the space design of nonlearning(learning after class),attention is paid to the systematic learning of the library and dormitory study room, while other spaces are supplemented by the systematic thinking. And to ensure that the design of its internal space takes into account the characteristics of the combination of two different learning behavior patterns: "motion and static".2 In the aspect of dynamic transportation,in the campus traffic organization, the organization and tactics of “human and vehicle branches” are recommended, and targeted design is carried out for the three categories of motorized traffic space, mixed traffic space and non-motorized traffic space.Bicycle parking spots should be combined with temporary,short-term,long-term,long-term parked parking features, combined with buildings, from the use of space, road convergence, terrain slope and other reasonable layout.3 In terms of living service space, planning and design are based on the level of service space, forming a “campus-group-neighbour-class” living service space, and selecting suitable living service facilities and spatial forms according to the attributes of the functional area and student needs.4 In terms of sports space,a “centralized and decentralized” layout approach is adopted. In the vicinity of the living area, some scattered sports facilities are added, and at the same time, interference with the teaching area is avoided.5 In terms of campus activities space, due to a variety of different spatial forms, taking into account indoor and outdoor, open and closed, movement, size and other aspects.
