The Post-occupancy-evaluation And Research Of College Students’ Living Area In Weishui Campus Of Changan University

In recent years, the domestic each big university enrollment expansion, make ourhigher education into a hitherto unknown development stage, caused the constructionof University District of different scale, campus planning and project level to a certainextent, improve. what problems of the planning and architecture design still exist inpractical use? And so on, all these need we architects are serious investigation andstudy. However, in reality because of thought do not attach importance to the neglectof the design and has built the campus information collection. Students living zoneplays an important role can not be ignored in the form, it not only provides a livingspace for college students, but also provides a good communication environment forthe healthy growth of college students, so the construction of life in college studentsshould attach importance to the space environment, and strive to create a pleasantenvironment for college students. Therefore, in this paper, the use of the theory ofevaluation of the research object of Chang’an University Weishui campus life, hopingto find some problems, provide reference for future Weishui campus and campus lifezone.The thesis is divided into five chapters, the first chapter is the introduction part,the research background, research methods about this topic and the use of the theory ofpost evaluation and the domestic research etc.. The second chapter is to give anoverview of the planning and architectural design status and changes of life ofcontemporary college living area, in order to sort out the evaluation of university lifezone system. The third chapter is the core of the thesis research section, based on theontology of Chang’an University Weishui campus living area, from the living area function division and layout, the external space, road traffic, greening the environment,business environment, architectural aspects of campus life, the evaluation of thequalitative and quantitative use of Weishui Campus life. The fourth chaptersummarized through the analysis of survey results, the evaluation found the problem offurther construction put forward reasonable suggestions for improvement, which mayprovide reference for other similar ideas and the scale and layout of the campusplanning. The last chapter is the conclusion and outlook section.
