| Most of the Chinese buildings,which are made of wood and have high historic,artistic and scientific value,are key points of cultural heritage protection.However,these buildings are always damaged because of natural disasters and long life expectancy,besides,the wooden components are always prone to be deformed,destroyed and collapsed without proper protection.At present,passive renovation and rash maintenance instead of preventive conservation are conducted,rendering that most ancient buildings cannot be maintained and protected in time and they are even going to be more and more deteriorated.With the improper protection,the buildings will suddenly fall down,leading to cultural loss and threats to human beings.Hence,it is significant and imperative to explore damages and material property test suitability method research of wooden parts under the concepts of preventive protection.This essay is mainly about the research and design of deformation monitoring system for wooden ancient buildings.Deformation and surrounding information can be collected and transferred to the Internet through this system.Therefore,relevant departments and employees can check the real-time and historical data on cloud platform and then evaluate the current situation of wooden ancient buildings,thus warning and preventing damaging trend and making preventive protection.The works the author has done based on the above contents are as follows:(1)The monitoring object has been defined through analyzing the deformation of ancient wooden buildings: the pose of node of load-bearing structure;the temperature and humidity of environment.(2)The general frame of the system is confirmed according to the design requirements: data collected by sensors of terminals aggregate in wireless gateway through ZigBee and then are transmitted to cloud platform by NB-IoT Module.(3)Hardware design including hardware circuit design of module collection wireless gateway is finished.(4)Software design including the debugging of equipment,the writing of the program and connection of monitoring platform and equipment are finished.(5)The test result of the system indicates that relevant data can be collected and viewed remotely.The design has some practical application value in terms of providing technological support for further improving theories and methods of preventive protection of wooden ancient buildings. |
