With the flourishing development of shipbuilding industry,the production logistics of shipyard is attracting more and more attention from shipbuilding enterprises.It plays an important role in product manufacturing cycle and production efficiency.In the current production technology level and management mode,the shipbuilding enterprises can greatly reduce the production cost and manufacturing cycle by improving the production logistics efficiency.With the development of GPS(Global Positioning System),GIS(Geographic Information System)and 4G(The 4th Generation Mobile Communication Technology)technology,logistics technology has also been developing and expanding.It has realized the functions of logistics vehicle monitoring,dispatching,planning route and so on.It reduces the distribution cost and improves the delivery efficiency for logistics enterprises.In terms of life services,with these technologies,many Taxi-hailing apps came into being.These software platforms provide passengers with efficient and convenient travel services through integration,operation and analysis of vehicle information and passenger information.With the help of 4G,GPS,GIS and other technologies,combined with the characteristics of shipyard production logistics,we design and implement a vehicle transportation management system suitable for shipyard production logistics.This paper first studies the technical characteristics,principles and applications of GPS,4G and GIS.Then,from the perspective of production logistics,the logistics of the shipyard is studied and analyzed and a set of vehicle scheduling model suitable for the production logistics of the shipyard is obtained and the design idea and implementation plan of the system under this scheduling model are put forward.In the process of system implementation,we focused on the system communication function,database design and access,hardware integration work,and the development of vehicle scheduling software based on GIS function is realized.By combining the three technologies of 4G,GPS and GIS,the system implements the functions of real-time positioning of vehicles,tasks,information receiving and data management in the client software.It realizes the integration of vehicle information and task information in the production logistics of shipyard,as well as the functions of vehicle and task dispatching and command.
