In view of the present situation of the low information level of the maintenance and maintenance system of the beacon vessel,this paper designs and develops a set of maintenance and maintenance management system for the 40 meter A beacon vessel of the Yangtze River,based on the national standard GB/T16558-2009 of the ship maintenance and maintenance system,and explores the maintenance method and specific application of the condition.The main work is as follows:(1)The research status of ship maintenance and maintenance management system and view maintenance theory at home and abroad is analyzed in detail,and the national standard GB/T16558-2009 of ship maintenance and maintenance system is deeply studied in combination with the 40 meter A type beacon vessel of the Yangtze River.(2)The grey prediction model of marine diesel engine fault is deeply studied.By optimizing the grey model parameters of the chaotic particle swarm and the way of linear regression balancing the grey error fluctuation,the error detection of the improved grey prediction model and the accuracy of the improved model are verified by the MTALAB simulation technology.(3)Referring to the national standard GB/T16558-2009 of the ship maintenance and maintenance system,the design basis,design idea and research demand flow of the ship maintenance and maintenance management system for the 40 meter A beacon vessel of the Yangtze River are summarized and arranged.(4)Compared with the research and development results of the locomotive management system,the specific positioning,different structure,design process and business process of the ship maintenance and maintenance management system for the 40 meter A beacon vessel of the Yangtze River are expounded.The functional interface covered by the Axure prototype system is designed and the data sheet is designed by Oracle 11 g,which lays the foundation for the system research and development.(5)Using B/S network structure mode,JAVA language,SSH framework,Echarts image processing technology,Javascript and three layer architecture technology,the modules of system equipment card management,work card management,map document management,decision management of visual maintenance,spare parts management and so on are implemented,and through the system test,the interface design,operation mode,implementation process and algorithm modeling of the major functional modules are verified.Compared with the original system,the system improves the information level of the equipment maintenance and maintenance,standardizes the decision-making process,simplifies the operation of the personnel,and improves the maintenance efficiency under the software function of the national standard GB/T16558-2009 of the curing and maintenance system of the ship maintenance and maintenance system during the maintenance and maintenance process of the beacon vessel.
