With the development of global economic and technology, the study of agile manufacturing has become an important studying field to the researchers and manufacturers. The old management model can not adapt the new market situation effectively. Many companies are not satisfied with the existing management system. So they want to adopt new management method in order to own the competing priority in the future. Agile manufacturing, as a new management ideal, is becoming more and more important.Given increasing competition pressure and changing customer requirements, many corporations are giving up the vertical integration strategy and making significant changes in management strategy by using agile manufacturing. Agile manufacturing is one kind of new developmental stratagem, which is used to make enterprises adaptive to the change of competitive condition. The three main factors of agile manufacturing are integration, speediness and high-quality staff. It puts emphasis on the tactical integration of agile virtual structures, advanced virtual making technology and high-quality person in order to make long-term profits in the speedily changing market in the future. The enterprise has to ally with other enterprise in order to face the drastic competition and make two-win because of the continuous developing of technology and the individuation of demand and so on. The agile virtual enterprise is the realizing method of agile manufacturing. It is one kind of dynamic structure which appears with the appearance of opportunity and also disappears with the lost of chance. The problem of partner selection is one key problem of composing agile virtual Enterprise. It also becomes one important studying field.The problem of dynamic alliance construction in agile manufacturing is an optimization problem in the final analysis. This paper chiefly focuses the topics on discussing the problem of partner selection. Also, some optimization models and solution algorithms have been studied in this paper. On the base of researching many correlative literature, this paper analyses the actuality of partner selection. At first using Analytic Hierarchy Process and fuzzy mathematicsanalyses qualitatively the partner in dynamic alliance and selects primarily a part of partners, which meet satisfaction degree. For these selected partners, this paper establishes optimal model of the problem of partner selection using quantitative method. Lastly, according to the characteristic of partner selection, this paper solves the model mentioned above by modified Genetic Algorithm and validates the feasibility of this model by emulation.
