In recent years,China's construction industry is undergoing major transformations from traditional construction methods to assembly construction.The so-called prefabricated construction refers to the construction of prefabricated components assembled at the construction site.The prefabricated construction is conducive to saving resources and energy,reducing environmental pollution,and improving construction efficiency and quality.It has become an architectural form vigorously promoted by the country.As far as assembly-type buildings are concerned,cooperation between enterprises is given higher requirements,and suitable partners are prerequisites for effective collaboration.Therefore,under the new policy environment,technological environment and competitive environment,how to cooperate scientifically and reasonably? Partner selection has become a key issue to be solved.The thesis takes the assembly construction supply chain as the research object,through the analysis of the domestic and foreign research status of the assembly construction supply chain and partners,and uses the mutual selection between the general contractor and the component parts supplier as an example to conduct research based on the two-way selection.The method will help construction companies to scientifically and effectively select partners,promote effective collaborative relationships between companies in the construction supply chain,and ultimately achieve the goal of integrating superior resources,reducing overall costs,and improving project quality.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)this thesis builds the partner selection indexes based on the perspective of general constructors and component suppliers.On the basis of analyzing the influence factors of partner selection,through analyzing literature and visiting field,the selection indicators are determined from three aspects: the internal competitiveness of the company,the cooperation between the enterprises,and the external environment of the company,then,the primary indicators are selected based on the rough set theory.(2)a two-way selection model of the assembly building supply chain is established.Entropy weight method is used to determine the index weights;this thesis analyze the lack of one-way partner selection by core companies in the supply chain,establishes the two-way partner selection model.(3)the above research results are applied to the actual project,which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the partner selection method and the model.
