| Construction industry is one of the pillar industries for facilitating the economic development of China.As its scale expansion and diversification of development direction,innovative ideas and new technologies have been strongly encouraged and supported by the state and society,and the governments at all levels have issued a series of policies and measures for upgrading industry transformation.The research on cooperative partnership under IPD mode of construction supply chain based on BIM will realize the cooperation and collaborative management among participants in construction industry so as to run a tight ship of construction industry chain and reduce operation cost,that will create huge economic benefits for the industry development.Therefore,this study is full of theoretical and practical significance.Starting from the basic theories of construction supply chain management,BIM technology and IPD mode,this paper has constructed the structure model of construction supply chain based on BIM after the feasibility analysis of integration of BIM technology,construction supply chain and IPD mode,and analyzed the cooperation and contract relationship under IPD mode of construction supply chain based on BIM.And the study has put forward the primary model of grey correlation analysis and the optimization model of multiple attribute group decision making respectively for primary election and combinational optimization of partners to achieve the global optimization of partner selection of construction supply chain based on BIM under IPD mode,and the corresponding coordination mechanism was established to promote the stability of the cooperative partnership.Simultaneously,the objective law of development of cooperative relations has been discussed to build the dynamic evaluation system under IPD mode of construction supply chain based on BIM,the fuzzy AHP method was used to evaluate dynamically partnership so as to adjust cooperative strategy and further promote establishment of long-term cooperative partnership and achieve the integration of construction supply chain based on BIM and the synergy among cooperative partners. |
