At present,China's green buildings have entered a stage of rapid development.The construction of green campus buildings has gradually gained people's consensus and is an inevitable requirement for the development of conservation-oriented campuses.Large-scale college campus construction has also provided an opportunity for this.University food and beverage architecture is an integral part of campus architecture.However,research on university food and beverage architecture rarely starts from the perspective of green building,and lacks the accumulation of relevant actual green building cases,which affects the development of green university food and beverage architecture.The purpose of this study is to use the "Green Building Evaluation Standard" GB/T 50378-2014 as a guide to explore the green design methods and technical strategies for restaurant construction in cold regions,and provide case support and practical analysis for further research on university food and beverage construction.This article first provides the theoretical basis for the study of green design through the background of the research,the purpose and significance of the research,the development of the green building practice and related standards,and the current status of the research.Secondly,through the research and testing of university food and beverage construction,the evolution of restaurant construction in universities,scale indicators,functional composition and spatial characteristics were summarized.The use characteristics,energy consumption and corresponding design strategies of university food and beverage architecture were analyzed,and the existence of university food and beverage construction was reversed.Highlight the design issues,so as to clear the focus of green design strategies,and provide a realistic basis for the study of green design.Again,aiming at the existing design problems in the existing catering architecture of universities and colleges,combined with the climate characteristics of cold regions,and based on the framework established by the “Evaluation Standards for Green Buildings”,the study was carried out from land saving,energy saving,water saving,material saving and indoor environment.For university food and beverage construction,mainly from the site selection,outdoor wind environment,orientation,flat form,external protection structure,lighting,solar energy resource utilization,waste water treatment,partitions and materials,as well as noise reduction,ventilation,lighting,sunshading,etc.This paper puts forward the green design methods and technical strategies of university dining establishments in cold regions.Finally,a green building evaluation was conducted in a typical case of a student cafeteria in the purple college,which met the standard of a one-star green building design;feedback was given on the issue of applying the “Green Building Evaluation Standard” to university catering architecture;and suggestions for improvement were proposed;According to the green design strategy summarized above,the college student canteen green building evaluation is a difficult and difficult item.It proposes an optimization plan from the point of view of the proposed two-star green building and carries out simulation verification and analysis.
