Study On Optimization Of Cost Control For Highway Engineering Project Of Company A

In recent years,with the rapid economic development in our country,the construction of highway infrastructure has been continuously strengthened.Huge project construction needs,opening up is the market,for highway construction companies,is both an opportunity for development,but also a challenge.Highway project construction enterprises to gain competitive advantage in the market competition is mainly based on two aspects: technical aspects and cost aspects.As more and more construction enterprises have the same or similar construction technologies,it is more difficult to obtain advantages in technology.Strengthening project cost control,increasing project profits and achieving low-cost biddings have become the major factor for construction enterprises to gain competitive advantages the way.At present,some measures have been put forward by construction companies of highway projects in China to strengthen cost control,but they have little effect.The main reasons are lack of cost control system and scientific cost analysis method.Based on this background,the article studied the optimization of cost control for highway engineering projects.First,based on literature review and interview survey,the paper analyzes the main problems in the current company A highway project cost control: lack of awareness of cost control,lack of scientific cost control methods,lack of efficient cost management agencies,cost control is difficult,Cost analysis lacks strict guidelines and so on.Based on the problems found in the analysis,the article then improved the cost control of the A company's highway engineering project and established a cost control system(established the organization of project cost control,defined the content of the cost control system,and combed the cost control Basic procedures,etc.)The WBS-based cost forecasting method and the project cost forecasting and analysis method based on the earned value analysis were selected,and the application of these two methods in cost control of highway engineering projects was analyzed.Finally,the article uses the A highway construction company C highway project as an example to apply the research results of cost control optimization.Based on the analysis of the cost control of highway engineering project,this paper studies the cost control optimization of highway engineering project.The article analyzes the cost control problem,proposes the perfect cost control system and the scientific and reasonable cost forecast and the analysis method,provides the reference for the highway construction project construction enterprise to strengthen the project cost control and provide the project profit.
