With the continuous expansion of the size of the cities, the excavation engineering in the city have increased dramatically. Compared with other general engineering, the excavation engineering exist more risk. Because of improper risk management, the deep excavation often lead to safety accidents, not only cause loss of project costs and an extension of time, but also bring all Parties involved in tremendous damage and loss. Therefore, before the construction of deep excavation, a full and scientific prediction, analysis and evaluation of all possible risk should be done, the early warning system should be established, also corresponding risk treatment measures should be developed.On this basis, through the large amount of data collection and collation, the paper analysis the cause of the accident of the deep foundation engineering.The difficulty of risk management is risk analysis and evaluation.With the support of Ningwu chang-line excavation, this paper used Analytic hierarchy process to identify the risk factors weights of NingWu chang-line foundation project, determined the risk of primary and secondary by the risk assessment, and put forward the corresponding measures of risk. Then this paper proceeded numerical simulation analysis of major risk source of the NingWu chang-line foundation project.The risk management research of NingWu chang-line foundation project, can reduce the incidence of risk and the loss and cost, increase revenue, provide a reference for similar pit project risk management.
