Building energy consumption has always been an issue of continuous concern in China.Nowadays,with the progress of energy conservation in China,the energy efficiency of residential buildings has been improved from 30% to 50% and then to 65%.But in 2016,China promised in the Paris agreement that by 2050,China's total carbon emissions will be reduced to 3.5 billion tons.However,in 2018,China's emissions have reached 10 billion tons,accounting for 30% 0f the global total.If we want to achieve the target of 3.5 billion tons in30 years,it is urgent to save energy and reduce consumption.This also shows that it is not enough to only regulate the 65% energy saving of residential buildings.In the 13 th five year plan for energy conservation in 2017,it is clear that China should actively develop passive ultra-low energy consumption green buildings.With the cooperation and exchange with Germany,the birthplace of passive houses,and the promotion of passive low-energy buildings in various regions of our country,it shows that the development of building energy conservation in China has changed from the initial stage to the ultra-low energy stage.Compared with other countries,although China has entered the era of ultra-low energy consumption building late,it has developed rapidly.In just a few years,by the beginning of2020,nearly 200 pilot buildings have been built,covering an area of more than 5 million square meters.Despite the rapid development of passive ultra-low energy consumption buildings,they are facing the problems of unbalanced development areas and types.In the order of first North then south,first residence then public building,office buildings in hot summer and warm winter areas develop slowly in passive low energy consumption,but their energy saving potential is huge,so the development of low energy consumption can not be ignored.Because most of the existing passive energy-saving technologies are based on the past experience of Germany,considering the climate difference between hot summer and warm winter areas and Germany,it is obviously unreasonable to use them directly.This requires passive low-energy design based on climate conditions and regional characteristics.Based on the above considerations,this paper analyzes and sorts out the passive technology often used in office buildings in hot summer and warm winter areas,and carries out simulation research combined with the sorted out standard unit of office buildings in this area.And through the way of multi software data coupling,we try to find out the influence relationship between energy-saving means,and choose a more appropriate combination of means.Finally,based on the consideration of comfort,energy consumption and passive low-energy building standards of simulation results,a set of passive low-energy technology combination suitable for office buildings in this area is sorted out.
