The concept of construction industrialization in China has a long history,but over the years has been to promote the relatively slow.In recent years,with the demographic dividend disappear,the shortage of resources,environmental pollution intensified and other issues highlighted,with the efficient,energy-efficient industrial production model to replace the traditional construction industry inefficient and wasteful manual labor model is imminent.At the same time,with the rise of BIM and other emerging technologies has also brought a good opportunity for the development and application of construction industry.Actively apply BIM and other information technology to construction industrialization,give full play to the advantages of integration of information technology and industrialization in the construction industry is the only way to achieve the efficient and environmentally friendly goals.BIM technology is applied to the construction industry with a very good integration,many research institutions and scholars have conducted research and demonstration in this area,but most of them are basically in the analysis of how to use BIM in the construction industrial,Few scholars have analyzed the economic benefits of using BIM.Therefore,this paper chooses " The Evaluation of BIM Application Benefit in Construction Industrialization " to study the problem of the economic benefits of using BIM,not only filling the gaps in the study,but also providing a reference when the project manager makes BIM application decisions.To promote the applications and development of BIM in the construction industrialization.This paper describes the application and research status of BIM at home and abroad in the first,and analyzes the importance of the evaluation of BIM application benefit.Then,based on the 41 relevant literatures of BIM used in the construction industrialization,27 BIM benefit points were obtained after extracting,screening and summarizing BIM benefit indicators in each document.The 27 BIM benefit inicators will be divided into four major categories: quality benefit,cost efficiency,time benefit,management benefit and four major stages of design,production,construction,operation and maintenance.Finally,obtaining the benefit evaluation system and the three-dimensional evaluation model which are used to calculate the economic benefits after BIM used in the construction industrialization.At the same time,based on the analytic hierarchy process and the input-output ratio method,the paper describes the calculation method,evaluation procedure and evaluation principle of BIM application benefit.Finally,based on a practical project case,analyzing and validating the project by using the BIM benefit evaluation system which is established in this paper.Calculating and analyzing the relative economic benefits after BIM technology is applied to the project,the results show that this BIM application has obvious positive benefits.Indicating that the BIM application of this project has achieved the expected benefits,and the BIM benefit evaluation system constructed in this paper is practical.
