| In recent years,the design quality of civil buildings has attracted more and more attention from the public.Design quality has a vital impact on the cost control,progress and quality safety of construction projects.Design supervisors,as the overall planning and coordination party of the construction contractor,is the key to improve design quality,control cost and progress of the project through providing supervision and guidance to the construction designer.Therefore,the construction contractor should focus on strengthening management,ensuring the quality of drawings and paying attention to the evaluation of design quality management in the design management phase.Currently,there is still a big gap between China’s design quality evaluation system and that of Britain and the United States.In the past,the evaluation of architectural engineering design in domestic literature was mostly about the quality of the cons truction drawings of the builders,but rarely discuss about the management quality in the design stages from the owners’ perspective.Based on the evaluation of architectural engineering design quality management and in order to accumulate valuable experien ce for the orderly development of subsequent projects design,this paper intends to explore a set of evaluation index system of design quality management that is applicable to the perspective of the owners.In this paper,analytic hierarchy process is ado pted to develop an evaluation index system.Experts established a judgment matrix based on the pairwise comparison of the relative importance of the evaluation factors of the first and second indicators,and obtained the index weight through consistency te sting.Questionnaires were distributed and collected by mail.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the design quality management of C and Y projects respectively,and the results were obtained.The research shows that the introduction of design supervision can improve the quality of project design to some extent,but it needs to be strictly controlled in the process. |
