People are the most important,most active and most changing one of the factors of production,with very highly subjective initiative and development value.The human resources development and employee training in the enterprise shoulder the important and positive role to tap the potential of employees and arouse their subjective initiative.The purpose of this research is to analyze the problems existing in the employee training of Z Company,to diagnose the reasons,to propose targeted and practical improvement strategies of employee training,and to put forward the corresponding security measures to achieve the overall upgrade of the staff performance and enterprise performance,the win-win development of employees and enterprise,and other auto companies like Z company can also benefit.In this paper,the interview method,questionnaire survey method,observation method and literature research method are used to analyze the current situation of employee training in Z company.It is concluded that the employee training problem of Z company mainly exists in training needs assessment,training plan formation,training content and method,external training resources utilization and training assessment mechanism;the reasons behind the problem lies in the senior managers,human resources practitioners,trainers and trainees.Combined with the classical training theory,the improvement strategy on Z company's employee training is discussed in a more systematic and scientific way.The training officer is added up in the human resources department.The training needs assessment is carried out from the three levels of organization,task and personnel.The training content such as new employee orientation and training method such as case study,role play is adopted.The training assessment mechanism is improved from the reflection layer,learning layer,behavior layer and result layer.In the end,security measures of employee training improvement implementation are carried out from the cultural,organizational system and resources aspects.Enhance the management concept of senior managers and build a learning organization.Focus on the company's human resources management and incentive mechanism and employee career planning simultaneously.Increase investment in training funds and internal trainers to reduce training costs and improve training efficiency.Through the research of this paper,the classical theory and method of employee training are effectively combined with the actual situation of Z company,so that the employee training of Z company can be improved and developed better.Training practice of Z company has rules to follow and other enterprises can also learn from.
