Study On Quality Control Of Testing Process Of The C Project

China's aerospace industry is in a leading position in the world and has entered a new era of vigorous development.Launch vehicle,as a means of transport,is an indispensable part of launching aircraft and completing various space missions.In recent years,with continuous exploration in the field of space,there are more and more launch missions,however,more and more launch missions not only bring opportunities and bring more challenges.In the face of high frequency launch mission,in the factory test process,there are frequent quality accidents.In order to solve the quality of the C project test process,make quality control management of C project test process to ensure smooth and efficient completion of the test mission.Based on a large number of domestic and foreign literature on quality management,influencing factors of project quality,informatization and quality control and launch vehicle test,this paper studies the quality control of C project test process.Firstly,the general situation of the company and the C project and the status quo of the C project test process.Point out the quality problems existing in the C project test process.Identify the influencing factors of the quality of the factory test process of C project,and further analyze the reasons of the quality problems of test process of C project according to the quality influencing factors.On this basis,according to the human reasons,the method reasons,the environmental reasons and the mechanical reasons,we design the control scheme of personnel control program,the method control program,the environmental control program and the mechanical control program of C project test process.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the test process control scheme,the guarantee measures of the test process are putforward from three aspects: technical guarantee,cultural guarantee and system guarantee.In this paper,the quality control concept is applied to practice,which provides reference and basis for the quality management of C project,and has a reference function to other similar quality test of production test project.
