Study On Quality Control Strategy Of Informatization Project Supervision Of GY Supervision Company

With the deepening of informatization development in China,the scale of projects is getting larger and larger,while the quality requirements are getting higher and higher,but the actual construction effects may be stillundesirable,especially the quality of projects.Informatization project supervision is the necessary approach to ensure the quality of informatization projects.As a third role which supervise the quality of the projects,it will be more and more important if it can play the functions in managing and controlling the quality.The Importance of informatization project supervision should be quality control,progress control and cost control of informatization project construction,management of project information and project contracts,and communication and coordination of all related aspects in the project.In quality-centeredcontrol management of informatization projects,supervision is critical to quality control of informatization projects.However,nowadays quality control in informatization project supervision is very rough,mainly concentrated in the implementation phase.Quality control cannot fulfil the requirements of constructionunits,for this reason,it is necessary to make quality controlmore scientific,systematic,targeted and operable.Therefore,this paper took quality control in informatization project supervision as the research object,summarized the domestic and foreign research and development status,introduced the relevant theoretical knowledge of quality management and informatization project supervision.Then this paper analysed the problems of the quality control in informatization project supervision of GY supervision company,combined with the quality management theoriesand more than ten years of supervision work experience of the author,and summed up the improvement strategy of quality control in supervision,and elaborated the application process.After that,this paper verified the feasibility of the solution through the actual case.The contents of this paper could provide certain guidance to the strategy of quality control in informatization project supervision of GY supervision company in the future.Meanwhile this paper could offer a reference of quality control in informatization project supervision for other supervision enterprises in a similar situation.In this paper,informatization project supervision is also known as information supervision,information engineering supervision,information system project supervision,etc.
