Research On Industrial Heritage Under The Background Of Urban Renewal

In the background of china's urban renewal model transforming from the incremental development to the inventory development,the link between urban renewal and industrial heritage protection is becoming increasly close: with the value of industrial heritage is deeply excavated and widely recognized,the rational protection of industrial heritage and re-use is an inevitable trend;On the other hand,the industrial heritage occupies the high value of the city area,it's of great significance to the city.Therefore,how to deal with the relationship between industrial heritage protection and urban renewal has been an important part of the current urban problem.In this paper,the Grade I industrial heritage is the main research object,the whole study consists of three parts:The first part is a survey of industrial heritage in wuhan,including it's concept,the Development of Legislation Protection Practice,the composition of wuhan industrial heritage,and the basic profile of the grade I industrial heritage protection and re-use.The second part,consider the background of urban renewal and urban micro-updates,select typical cases,carry out an in-depth study of their current situation of protection and reuse,including the rationality of its protection and the re-use strategy;research on the intrinsic relevance of urban renewal model and micro-renewal of industrial heritage.The last part,compare industrial heritage conservation and reuse between cities,analysis the similarities and differences between Wuhan and Shanghai in the protection and reuse of industrial heritage,and the handling of industrial heritage and urban renewal,try to provide useful reference.The micro-renewal strategy for industrial heritage must be fully integrated with the building's conditions to match the function and space,and also must be combined with the region according to the update status of the district,in order to achieve the building function and the environment to match.
