Research On Hardware Reliability Of The Transformer On-line Monitoring System

With the rapid development of modern electric power technology,the reliability demand of power equipment for the users has become higher and higher.Transformer on-line monitoring system is a kind of monitoring devices,which needs high reliability requirements,can continuously,timely,on-line and automatically monitor the transformer characteristic parameters and diagnose the fault,timely reflect the transformer running status and the potential problem.With the continuous development of reliability engineering,how to improve reliability of transformer on-line monitoring system,ensure the system which can accurately,timely and reliably monitor the fault has become an important research content.This paper mainly discusses the research about hardware reliability of the transformer on-line monitoring system.According to the different methods of signal frequency and monitoring methods,the study of the transformer on-line monitoring system includes on-line monitoring system of transformer's core grounding current,on-line monitoring system of transformer's noise and on-line monitoring system of ultrasonic partial discharge.On basis of the fully research and analysis of reliability technology,firstly,this paper makes reasonable reliability design and analysis to hardware equipment of this system by reliability technology,including thermal design,installation design and protection design,and solves the unreliable problem which made by unreasonable design or installation.Then doing performance test,function test,stability test and engineering safety test to equipment by conditioning and test methods,reaching the corresponding test results of reliability.This paper has effectively improved the reliability of transformer on-line monitoring system hardware devices by making reliability design and test.Finally,proved by testing result and actual engineering,transformer on-line monitoring system's hardware equipment which has been studied and designed can realize the basic function of this system,also keep the long-term stable operation in actual project,and possess high reliability,so the purpose of this research has been achieved.
