| With the socio-economic development,consumer demand for cars growing,making the automotive industry more and more huge.Since China's accession to the WTO,the foreign auto industry began to pour in,and ultimately lead to the domestic auto industry increasingly fierce competition.Coupled with the traditional inventory management model of the drawbacks of the gradual emergence of leading enterprises spare parts inventory management level is low,hindering the improvement of automotive product service quality.So,how to quickly find a way to reduce the cost of spare parts management methods,as the current automobile manufacturing industry to win a key node.SCVC Company,the world's leading enterprise,has a high level of ownership and possession in the country,so it is necessary to ensure effective maintenance of SCVC's spare parts.In this thesis,SCVC company as the research object,first of the inventory management,supply management,supplier management and other related theories and existing research results to sum up and sort out.And then SCVC company's current situation of spare parts management research and analysis,found SCVC spare parts in the management process of various problems,such as: spare parts demand forecast accuracy is low,spare parts inventory management extensive,spare parts supply management system is not perfect.Therefore,based on the characteristics of manufacturing enterprises and the characteristics of SCVC products,this thesis has formulated the improvement strategy of spare parts management,such as standardizing spare parts procurement demand plan,perfecting spare parts inventory optimization plan,and improving spare parts supply management system.In addition,the improvement plan should be adjusted according to the changes in the market situation,and the implementation of the improvement of security measures,such as: demand protection,inventory management,supplier management and protection.Finally,this thesis analyzes the effect of improved spare parts management. |
