In recent years,the ecological problems in the Shiyang River Basin have been highlighted.The problem of water shortage and drought in the Minqin River Basin in particular has aroused the attention of governments and leaders at all levels.The long-distance water transmission project of Jingdian Phase Ⅱ has emerged as a veritable lifeline engineering.Jingdian Water Transfer Project often uses reinforced concrete aqueducts to connect when it crosses valleys,ravines and bad geologic sections.The aqueduct steel formwork support structure is an important safeguard measure for the quality of aqueduct concrete pouring.In the past projects,many experiences were used to design and lack of systematic theoretical research,and urgently need to improve and optimize.In this paper,based on the main canal aqueduct of Jingdian phase ii project,the integrated steel formwork support structure adopted for its construction is optimized.Based on the analysis of the stress characteristics of the aqueduct steel formwork support structure,a topological optimization technique is used to propose a reasonable form of support structure.Based on the COMSOL Multiphysics platform,the deformation and analysis of each configuration were analyzed and compared.Finally,a design scheme for the supporting structure of the Π-shaped formwork was proposed,and a practical evaluation of the scheme was combined with an engineering example to make a comprehensive evaluation.In view of the bulky problem of the concrete support structure for engineering feedback,inspired by the wheel tension structure,the concept of the wheel formwork support structure was proposed,and the 3D modeling and structural stability analysis and optimization of this concept were carried out.The comprehensive evaluation of the performance indicators such as lightness,stability,economy,and applicability of the structure is expected to provide reference for similar projects.
