Water is one of the most closely related natural resources in human life,and our survival,life and production are inseparable from it.With the explosive growth of China’s economy,the irrational use of water resources has increasingly become a stumbling block to economic and social development.Intelligent water meter system as the water sector in the new management scheme,not only can improve the work efficiency,and the water conservation and rational use of water in technology,to a certain extent,guarantee the rational utilization of water resources.Development of intelligent water meter system is currently in the initial stage,in the design of architecture has some problems,which are the traditional relational database is widely used in water meter system,there is a read and write performance is low,poor development and disaster recovery problems,these defects seriously restrict the development of business intelligent water meter system in the future.In this paper,a practical project of intelligent meter water meter based on the existing problems in database,combined with the actual demand of the intelligent water meter system,put forward the solution of distributed relational database based on MyCAT middleware.Specific work is as follows:1)the paper first introduces the distributed database briefly,and focuses on the technical characteristics of MyCAT and its advantages as a database middleware.2)introduces the main business of intelligent water meter system,on the basis of the analysis and put forward specific upgrade program: MyCAT data partitioning based fundamentally improves the database to read and write performance,but also improves the scalability of the database.3)through the powerful HAProxy to achieve the high availability of MyCAT,and then rely on Keepalived to achieve the high availability of HAProxy,and eventually developed a complete set of MyCAT high availability cluster.4)the concrete implementation of the upgrade plan,including setting up the development environment,coding and testing analysis.The new system uses MyCAT data partitioning as the core,construct a distributed database cluster,in the premise of small changes to the original system,to achieve a high performance,high availability and scalability of the database system,and has been verified in the experimental tests.
