Research On Quality Evaluation Method Of The Smart Meter Life Cycle

Currently the resource about smart meter life cycle quality evaluation systemis missing, the evaluation system is not standardized and the evaluation isincomplete in the domestic.This paper is in reference to large number of documentsand analysis of the whole process of the actual smart meter from the factory to bescrapped,compares and evaluates some quality evaluation methods,choses the mostsuitable method for smart meter,then establishes a complete and reliable smartmeter life cycle quality evaluation model combined with the State GridCorporation’s relevant smart meter quality standards. Namely establishes the levelquality model of the whole life of the smart meter by using the AHP, gives eachevaluation index based on the concept of the life cycle and the State GridCorporation’s relevant smart meter quality standards,then calculates the weights ofeach index by using the triangular fuzzy number AHP,finally gets the smart meterweighted quality comprehensive evaluation system.In addition,the smart meter life cycle quality evaluation model has been usedin a smart meter factory’s smart meter quality evaluation who provides smart metersfor Jibei Electric Power Company Limited Electric Energy Metering Center.Theresults are accurate and reliable.At the same time the practical application obtainsthe power company’s approvance.Meanwhile, in order to provide an objectivescientific basis for smart meters’selection to smart grid,quality assessment andquality supervision,this paper concludes with smart meter life cycle qualitydatabase,including the management platform structure,the various stages’qualitysupervision of the smart meters’ whole life.The quality database is complete,its roleis to form a quality control database and share the resources.
