Research Computer Aided Selection And Energy Efficiency Calculation Of Centrifugal Pump

Pump is widely used as a kind of energy intensive general machinery in the national economy.However,in the current industrial production,the pump efficiency is low and the serious waste of energy was caused because of the unreasonable selection of pump.The traditional manual calculation selection method is in efficient,it can't meet the practical requirements of users,and the most important thing is that it is difficult to optimize the solution.There are many parameters and schemes in pump type-selection.It is rather complicated to calculate any of the parameters and differentiate or compare any of the schemes,and many related factors are difficult to quantify.At present,the efficiency and accuracy of pump-selection software is still worth to deliberate.Based on the above background,this article analyzes and summarizes the domestic and overseas pump selection software and selection system,and then research the key technology of selection system,the aided design system of pump type-selection is developed.it owns the perfect functions,friendly interface,and easy operation.It not only reduces the workload of pump selection,but also improves the effciency and precision of selection.In this paper,according to the operation characteristics of the pump in practical systems,the mathematical model for pump type-selection is studied to provide reasonable calculation method,using the elementary theory of least squares polynomial fitting curve,established the function modules of the pump characteristic curve fitting,theoretic basis for the development of pump type-selection software.The system of fast compute of pump energy efficiency on intelligent mobile device is developed,which helps designers save a lot of calculation and tedious work when calculating pump energy efficiency.This study provides the computer-aid design software for to the automatic software of pumps selection of the system.The man-computer interface of the software is friendly.In the software,intelligent promotion by expert knowledge in the process of design can help one design effectively and smoothly.It is very big significance to raise a water pump choosing the type efficiency and ensure water pump reasonableness high-effect.and The system of fast compute of pump energy efficiency on intelligent mobile device is developed,which helps designers save a lot of calculation and tedious work when calculating pump energy efficiency,it is of great significance for energy saving and emission reduction.
