The development of complex equipment is the high-end and frontier field of manufacturing industry,and is an important embodiment of the development level of High-tech in a country.Complex equipment is a large product or system with complex structure,expensive,large scale and high knowledge-intensity,and its supply chain is all over the world.Therefore,traditional relationship of manufacturers and suppliers is not enough to meet the requirements,"the main manufacturer-supplier" collaborative development model has become the mainstream model Expression.In this development mode,the main manufacturers and suppliers through cost sharing,revenue sharing and other ways to strengthen cooperation,so that the cooperative relationship more closely.Compared with the traditional development model,"the main manufacturer-suppliers" more focus on knowledge sharing,the main manufacturers and suppliers through the general knowledge,core peripheral knowledge and core knowledge of knowledgesharing game,determine whether to share knowledge,what kind of knowledge to share the appropriate,and how to share knowledge.With the complex equipment "main manufacturer-supplier" collaborative development of two-level supply chain as the background and the knowledge sharing as the object of study,the paper divides the knowledge into three categories based on the knowledge value coefficient: general knowledge,core peripheral knowledge and core knowledge.By establishing the profit and cost function of knowledge sharing,this paper constructs the evolutionary game model of knowledge sharing in collaborative development of "main manufacture-supplier",and studies the evolutionary stability strategy to determine whether to share knowledge and what types of knowledge to share.It also analyzes the influence of knowledge absorbing ability,knowledge sharing cost and knowledge value coefficient on the system evolution stability strategy.In addition,the paper combines the actual situation to analyze the evolutionary stability strategy when the main manufacturer has independent development ability,partial development capability and no development capability in three kinds of circumstances.The result shows that the main manufacturer and supplier will share knowledge when the main manufacturer has partial development capability,and when the main manufacturer has independent development capability and does not have the ability to develop,they will not share knowledge.When the main manufacturer and supplier choose to share knowledge,this paper describes the quantitative relationship between core peripheral knowledge and core knowledge through differential equation,and establishes the profit and cost function with the share knowledge quantity as variable,and constructs the Stackelberg game model and cooperative game model under the leading manufacturer.By comparing the optimal profit of the supply chain under the decentralized decision and the centralized decision,the profit of the concentrated decision is better than the decentralized decision,and the distribution of the increment profit based on utility function achieves the transition of decentralized decision to centralized decision.This paper further analyzes the effect of the knowledge value coefficient on the profit of supply chain,and finds that the knowledge value coefficient of the main manufacturer and supplier not only affects their own profit but also affects the profits of the other side.Finally,the conclusion of this paper is validated by simulation analysis.
