Design And Research Of 110kV Intelligent Substation

With the popularization and application of the IEC61850 standard,the construction of the smart substation as an important physical basis of the smart grid has become a new “hot spot”.It has been solved many issues of the conventional substation,such as the interoperability,condition monitoring,and traditional equipment defects.The design of 110 kV intelligent substation is aiming at the scale of 110 kV Yulan substation in Henan Province Zhengzhou City,through the local inspection,data collection,economic and technical comparison,and the reliability study,following the latest standards of the smart substation construction in The State Grid,applying normative technology of smart substation.First of all,this design introduces the research status and the development of smart substation.in the domestic and abroad.The design emphasizes the new applications of technology through the comparison and analysis between conventional and smart substations.New technology includes electronic transformers,merging units,IEC61850 communication protocols and so on.Secondly,the design combines the actual situation of gird and carries on this design of 110 kV intelligent substation in this area.Including the design of main electrical wiring,intelligent selection and configuration of primary equipment,complete the design of electrical secondary part: including the intelligent scheme of important secondary equipment;the design of substation automation system,i.e.equipment configuration of process layer and station control layer,network switch layout,spacer layer equipment and protection configuration;main transformer voltage Microprocessor protection scheme.The hardware part of the merging unit is designed according to IEC6 1850 standard.The hardware part of the merging unit is mainly composed of A/D conversion module,serial communication module,MCU data processing module and Ethernet data output module.Ultimately,the whole design of the 110 kV intelligent substation is completed.
