| With the rapid development of S manufacturing enterprises,its current level of procurement management can not meet the requirements of rapid development.For example,procurement management processes are complicated,approvals are excessive,and duplication of waste is more serious,problems such as weak operability of supplier selection and supplier evaluation system,difficulty of data collection and relatively simple classification of materials.These problems led to the inefficient procurement management of S manufacturing enterprises.Therefore,this paper takes the S manufacturing enterprise procurement management process and supplier evaluation system as the research object,first summarizes the relevant theories,and then uses value flow analysis tools and purchase management and supply chain related theoretical knowledge.The key process of procurement management and supplier evaluation system are analyzed and improved.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter introduces the original intention and direction of article writing,indicating broad prospects for the development of the manufacturing sector.The perspective of supply chain management has practical significance,to optimize effective for enterprises to reduce costs and improve efficiency,describes the three main applications of this article theory and reality of theoretical research were reviewed.The second chapter introduces the related theory overview in this paper.The third chapter analyzes four kinds of supply chain,and then uses VSM to analyze them.The fourth chapter,is the innovation of this paper,from the point of view of supplier management implementation,in view of the question,provides S manufacturing company with a series of proposals to improve the management to solve the problem.At the same time,aiming at these deficiencies,in combination with the practical situation of S manufacturing companies,from the aspects of supplier selection and management optimization,it sorts out each part of the supplier management process,according to the information displayed in the actual process,and puts forward optimization method for S manufacturing company.The fifth chapter summarizes this paper’s main conclusion,and puts forward the future to further explore the research content.For S manufacturing enterprise,the optimization research to adopt and purchasing management is the quantitative purchase management theory and model,the integrated use of methods and tools,hoping for the optimization of manufacturing enterprises to adopt and purchasing management. |
