Research On Performance Evaluation Of Railway Total Logistics Based On System Dynamics

With the continuous deepening of railway freight reform and the application of modern information technology,railway freight has gradually entered a new era of information and intelligence.In the process of the transition from railway freight to modern logistics,the railway freight is gradually being modernized.Under this background,all railway bureaus have carried out full-scale logistics business one after another.Improve the railway freight service,promote the continuous extension and expansion of the railway freight business chain,has become China’s current railway development logistics to achieve railway freight logistics transformation and innovation The important research direction in the field of development.This article mainly completed the following work:First,discuss the background and significance of this topic research,analyze the domestic and foreign research status of railway logistics,summarize the research content,methods and ideas,and point out the main innovation points.Second,review relevant concepts and theories.According to the connotation of the railway logistics performance and the above theoretical research,the entire railway logistics operation system is divided into three subsystems:informatization level,customer service and logistics process,and then the performance evaluation index system is determined.Subsequently,a causal analysis was performed on the indicators within each subsystem to build a causality diagram and a flow graph.Finally,take A Railway Bureau as the research object,collect data,use the model to simulate,and carry out trend analysis,sensitivity analysis and policy experiment analysis.The improvement of the entire railway logistics operation level is the key to the smooth progress of China’s railway freight reform.By analyzing the influencing factors of the entire railway logistics operation performance and finding the key points for improvement,we can fundamentally realize the maximization of the entire railway logistics operation performance.
