Based On Improved PCA-PROMETHEE Port Logistics Performance Evaluation

The modern society is a globalized society.The arrival of globalization promotes the common development of all countries and sharing of resources.The prerequisite for sharing resources is the efficient transportation system.The port logistics transportation system has the characteristics of high efficiency and low cost.The port is the hub of the transaction,the transformation center of all kinds of transportation,and also the base of logistics,information and service.Port logistics as an important transportation channel plays an important role in China's economic development.But at the same time in the development of port logistics is faced with the port informatization level is not high,low infrastructure,port logistics transportation network is slower,the lack of professionals and other issues.Therefore,it is necessary to evaluate the port logistics performance,through the performance evaluation of port logistics can found the difference between the port and other ports,so as to improve the development of port logistics,enhance the operational efficiency of the port logistics,reduce logistics cost,make port logistics towards the direction of rationalization and standardization.This paper constructs the port logistics performance evaluation index system in order to improve the management efficiency of port logistics.In order to avoid the problems such as the large number of indicators and the key indicators are not prominent,the evaluation method can not implement the whole sorting of port logistics.The paper mainly studies the port logistics performance from the following three aspects.First of all,by referring to relevant literature and books,we have learned about the current situation of port logistics development in China and the characteristics and functions of port logistics development.Secondly,the paper puts forward the necessity of analyzing the port logistics performance through the problems existing in the development of port logistics in China.According to the operation process of port logistics and the principle of establishing port logistics performance evaluation,from Port logistics infrastructure,port logistics scale and informatization,social economy development three aspects established the index system of port logistics performance evaluation.Finally,The key index was selected from the evaluation index by using the improved principal component analysis.Using the entropy right-PROMETHEE method,the empirical analysis was carried out on Shanghai port,tianjin port,qinhuangdao port,tangshan port and huanghua port.The analysis results are in accord with the actual results and prove the effectiveness of the method.It is pointed out that the development level of port logistics in hebei province is low and put forward the improvement suggestion.
