Research On Residential Quarters In Handan City Based On Post-Evaluation Method

Aiming at the imperfect research on the evaluation of residential areas in Handan City,this paper systematically studies the three typical residential areas in Handan City by post-evaluation method.Based on the evaluation of related theories and their practical research in residential areas,based on actual surveys and statistical analysis of questionnaire data,and based on the needs of occupants,the status quo of residential areas is analyzed to find problems and propose relevant The improvement suggestions,the construction of a relatively complete research framework for post-use evaluation of residential areas in Handan City.Firstly,through the literature research method,the research methods commonly used in the residential area of the post-evaluation theory are summarized and summarized,and the application research of the“structure-humanity”multi-evaluation method in the residential area of Handan City is highlighted.Through the survey of statistical methods and field research methods,the same evaluation indicators of different residential areas in Handan City were studied,and the evaluation index sets of residential areas in Handan City were summarized.Secondly,combined with the occupant's demand standard,internal analysis of the residential area of Handan City,extracting the influencing factors for the evaluation of the residential area,and dividing the residential area environment into base and planning design,environment,site,transportation,safety and residential area supporting services.In terms of six aspects of the facility,the house is divided into five aspects: unit plane,outer space,physical environment,psychological vision,safety and economic performance.Thirdly,the AHP Analytic Hierarchy Software is used to construct a post-use evaluation research framework for residential areas in Handan City.From time to time,combined with the data analysis method to analyze the data obtained from the questionnaire,qualitative and quantitative combined,analyze the weight value of different indicators and the average value of residents' satisfaction after use.Through the four-quadrant scatter plot,the weights and satisfaction averages of different indicators of residential environment and residential buildings are presented,and the indicators that need to be improved in different residential areas of Handan City are sorted out.Finally,in combination with the indicators that need improvement,the design strategies of the three residential areasin Handan City are discussed.The paper is characterized by applying the post-use evaluation research method to the study of residential areas,and combining the “structure-humanity” diversification evaluation method to study and discuss the satisfaction of residential areas from the needs of occupants,and to improve and Establish a post-use evaluation research framework for residential areas in Handan City.
