At present,due to the rapid development of power electronics technology in the industry,the application of power converters has also made great progress in the AC variable frequency speed control system.At this time,a new type of power conversion device called a matrix converter has emerged,which has advantages and characteristics that many conventional power converters do not have,and has become a key research object in industrial development.In recent years,based on the study of traditional matrix converters,related researchers have proposed a new topology structure based on the circuit structure,namely,a two-stage matrix converter.This article will take the two-stage matrix converter as the research object,and study from the basic theory,experimental simulation and practical application.The main contents are as follows:First,the basic working principle of the two-stage matrix converter is summarized,the evolution process from the traditional matrix converter to the two-stage matrix converter is analyzed,and the topological structures of several typical two-stage matrix converters are compared and the most The best topology structure;Secondly,according to the new topology,the dual space vector control strategy of the rectifier stage and the inverter stage of the two-stage matrix converter is studied,and analyzed as the focus of the paper;In addition,the traditional matrix converter is also studied.The wider commutation strategy is used,and at the same time,the commutation strategy of the two-stage matrix converter is analyzed.Then,based on the basic principle analysis,through the Matlab/Simulink simulation platform,the simulation model was built based on the two modulation strategies of the rectification stage zero-free vector and the rectification stage zero vector,respectively;and the two-level matrix was verified.Based on the research of the theory and experiment of the converter,the application of the permanent magnet synchronous motor speed control system based on the two-stage matrix converter is analyzed.The simulation model of the system is established by MATLAB and verified by the simulation results.In the end,DSP is taken as the control core to build a hardware experimental platform of the permanent magnet synchronous motor speed control system based on TSMC.The realization and function principle of some main circuits of the hardware are analyzed,laying a certain foundation for its practical application in industry.
